Fitness is more then just feeling fit. The basic elements of fitness are body fat percentage, cardo vascular health, total body muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, agility and power. The main three ways to train for fitness are muscle resistance (weight lifting), cardio exercise and diet. The program I will design for you is centered on weekly muscle resistance. If you are new with exercise this will be all bout developing your core, balance and muscle endurance. Along with this I will have you do regular cardio (cardio kickboxing is a GREAT and fun way to do this) and I'll help you with recommendations with your diet. We will be tracking your progress and if you commit and follow the plan you will be amazed with what your body will transform into.
